Opening Flow (Video)

In this standing flow we will energize both the upper and lower body with movement intended to open the fronts of the shoulders, chest, and hips. This is especially good after a long day of sitting or, in my case, squatting in the garden to weed. No props needed though you may use a yoga mat if you have one. Appropriate for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners.
