Yoga Quick Tip: Using a Strap to Stretch the Hamstrings

In this short video I will demonstrate how to use a yoga strap in order to lengthen the muscles of the back of the leg without compromising the lower back, shoulders, or arms. In this reclining, hands-free version of "Hand-to-Big-Toe" we can relax into the posture, maintain good alignment, and really focus on the area we want to lengthen. Enjoy!
